I fully believe that we can meet the needs of the children & families we support without burning out, struggling financially or sacrificing our personal and family's needs. I have worked in different roles in statutory and third sector services, set up and co-managed a charity, have journeyed through 27 years of practising as a Play Therapist and supporting children's therapists through supervision or line management, and now find myself passionate about business practice that works. My name is Helen Forrester and I hope that I can help you find satisfaction and ease in your own business.
I coach using the The Pumpkin Plan Coaching Programme which was designed specifically for small businesses. It understands the challenges that are specific to small businesses, and addresses those challenges head-on. It doesn't just tell you what to do. It provides the process that shows you how to do it and supports you in every step.
We know that children's practitioners love a metaphor!
